Who is Makeuno for?
Product brands, small manufacturers, workshops and operations teams that manage physical stock. Start with inventory and purchasing, then add manufacturing or external stock connections when your operation needs them.
Do I need to use manufacturing?
No. Manufacturing is optional. You can use Makeuno for inventory, purchasing, sales orders, deliveries and warehouse transfers without setting up recipes or production tasks.
How does the free trial work?
Create an account, confirm your email and create a workspace. Your 14-day trial includes 100 active items, 1 location and 1 integration. No card is needed to start. The workspace owner can choose a paid plan from Plan & billing.
What happens after my trial?
Choose a paid plan to keep making changes. If your trial ends without an active subscription, writing is restricted while existing records and export remain available. Starting a trial alone does not charge you.
What happens when I downgrade?
Your records are not deleted. If your usage is above the new plan's quota, actions that increase that usage are blocked until you reduce usage or upgrade. Existing records remain available. An expired or unpaid subscription can separately restrict writing.
Do integrations update my stores?
No. The current Amazon FBA and Shopify connections are read-only. They read external inventory and help map it to your products; they do not change store prices or stock. Provider setup, account authorization and testing are required. Automatic reading is periodic when enabled, not a real-time sync guarantee.
Can I bring my existing spreadsheets?
Yes. Import a CSV, review column mappings and inspect the preview before confirming. Your plan's active item quota still applies. Technical file limits and plan capacity are different; a large import file does not increase your plan allowance.
Do you charge for extra team members?
No. Core, Growth and Scale include unlimited users. Use roles, warehouse access and assigned-job restrictions to control what each person can see and do. Only the workspace owner manages billing.
Is Makeuno an accounting or invoicing system?
Makeuno supports operational orders, added costs, price lists and printable documents. It is not a replacement for your accounting or official tax invoicing system. Currency conversion uses manually entered, dated rates.
