01

Start with the recipe

Define an output product and the materials needed to make it. Recipes give production work a shared starting point; they do not replace checking units and material availability.

  • Output quantities and material requirements
  • Recipe versions and copying for similar products
  • Materials already linked to your catalog
02

Give people work they can act on

Create production work and assign it to the people doing the job. Use role and warehouse permissions, including assigned-job restrictions, to match access to responsibility.

  • Assigned production work
  • Partial completion and actual material use
  • Waste recording, photos and barcode verification
03

Review before moving on

Follow completed quantities and approvals. Keep the unfinished part visible so your next production or stock decision reflects the work still to do.

  • Review completed work
  • Track the remaining quantity
  • Connect production output to inventory

A few useful answers.

Do all team members need a paid seat?

Core, Growth and Scale include unlimited users. Roles and warehouse permissions control access.

Is manufacturing required to use Makeuno?

No. Enable production when you need it. Inventory, purchasing and transfers can be used on their own.
